Are the products shown actually available?
The ranges presented are products we can source. Stock position, quantities, lead time and delivery options are confirmed for each enquiry.
What information should I include in a product enquiry?
Please include the product or series, quantity, delivery country and whether the request is personal, professional or wholesale. This helps us reply with relevant availability and pricing.
Do you supply professional or wholesale customers?
Professional and trade enquiries are welcome. Minimum quantities, packaging, delivery and commercial terms depend on the product and destination.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Delivery coverage and costs are confirmed on request. International enquiries are welcome, but product, carrier and import conditions can differ by destination.
How do you select tools?
We look for material quality, useful construction, repairability or long service where relevant, balanced handling and a clear purpose. We do not describe a product as tested unless it has genuinely been tested by us.
